If your order has been delivered according to the tracking, but you have not received it, we would first ask you to check whether one of your neighbors has received the shipment or whether it was left in the hallway or the like.
This happens quite often due to the contactless delivery of the shipping service providers.
If you can definitely exclude this, please contact our support team.
There you will receive a form that confirms to us and the respective shipping service provider that you have not received your ordered goods.
This will allow us to initiate an investigation.
The same applies to shipments where the shipment status is not updated for several business days.
