Change customer account
If you want to change the mail address or password of your customer account, please proceed as follows:
To do this, click on "Forgot your password?" in the login area of your customer account.
After that you can enter your email address in the field provided, whereupon you will receive an email from us to reset your password.
Then simply follow the instructions in the mail there and deposit your new password.
Unfortunately you can't change your mail address yourself.
Here you would have to contact our support team, e.g. by mail to email@example.com.
Just tell us your old and your new mail address and we will change it immediately.
