Why have I not yet received an order confirmation?
This may be due to one of several reasons:
- The e-mail will be sent out within 60 minutes after your order has been placed. If you still have not received your receipt after 60 minutes, it may simply take a few minutes longer.
- Sometimes e-mails can end up in your spam folder. Please check this, just in case.
- Sometimes there can be an error in the e-mail address entered at the time of ordering, meaning that the e-mail cannot be sent.
Please contact us at email@example.com if you cannot find an e-mail, even in your spam folder, 60 minutes after placing your order.
