Complaints procedure

If your T1TAN goalkeeper gloves are eligible for a complaints procedure (you can find out whether you have grounds for a complaint here), please follow the instructions below:

  1. Enter your complaint easily in our complaint form ➡️ Complaint form
  2. Our team of experts will deal with your complaint within 2 working days (Monday - Friday) and will get in touch with you as soon as possible to discuss the next steps.

Important: Please do not send damaged items back to us unsolicited!
