How do I make a complaint about an item?
If your T1TAN goalkeeper gloves are eligible for a complaints procedure (you can find out whether you have grounds for a complaint here), please follow the instructions below:
- Send an e-mail containing photographs that clearly show the manufacturing defect along with your order number to firstname.lastname@example.org
- Our team of experts will deal with your complaint within 2 working days (Mon - Fri) and will get in touch with you as soon as possible to discuss the next steps.
Important: Please do not send damaged items back to us unsolicited!
