Incorrect or incomplete delivery


I have received an incorrect order. What should I do?


Please get in touch with us via e-mail at, and indicate your oder number (which you will find at the top left of your receipt under "Reference").

Please let us know what is wrong with your order. We will then arrange for delivery of the correct item(s) as soon as possible.

At the same time, you can send the gloves back to us free of charge.

Please ensure that you enclose a written note to explain that this is an error/incorrect delivery. This will allow our colleagues in the delivery department to process your return more quickly.
